Neo color Cobalt Blue 250ml

Neo color is an aqueous emulsion colors.

Dry in 15-20 minutes. Finish is  opaque matt. 

Total colors of 30 colors, available in 100 cc and 250 cc in jar, 600 cc, 3L and 15L  in can.
