Flashe Paint now available!

Flashe Paint by Lefranc & Bourgeois since 1954  is now available in the store and online!

Created by Lefranc Bourgeois in 1954, Flashe was the world’s first vinyl paint—designed to break free from tradition. Originally developed for theatre and opera sets, it quickly won over groundbreaking artists such as Victor Vasarely and Niki de Saint Phalle, drawn to its intense pigments, ultra-matt finish, and exceptional coverage.

Refined in collaboration with Vasarely in the 1980s, Flashe became a favourite of artists seeking precision, optical impact, and versatility. It remains a staple of fine art studios and art schools worldwide, prized for its ability to adhere to almost any surface—such as canvas, wood, metal, fabric, plastic, and glass to name a few.
